CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.
Technique and intensity are the prerequisites for an efficient and successful training. No routines, no machines - just you and plenty of space for movement. A team of professional coaches tailors the training program to match your individual needs and answer questions along the way.
In order to participate in our regular CrossFit classes you have to complete our 6 fundamental classes. These classes are mandatory and cover our most important and complex movements with a focus on the right technique and execution.
