Gymnastics

This is all monkey business.

You will pull, push, be upside down and on top of the bar! The goal of this class is to achieve basic strength and stability with your own body weight (e.g. Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, L-Sit), but also to learn more complex movements like the Muscle Up or Handstand Walk. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our Gymnastics class caters to all levels. It's time to elevate your skills and have some serious fun

Olympic Weightlifting

Dive into the intricacies of Olympic Weightlifting in this intensive class, focusing on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk disciplines! These complex movements require precise technique, and our certified Weightlifting Coaches are here to guide you. You'll receive hands-on instruction, along with specific strengthening exercises designed to enhance safety and stability in these lifts. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, this 1.5-hour class invites everyone to refine their skills and embrace the world of Olympic Weightlifting.

Endurance

Level up your endurance capacity!

Supplementing WODs with endurance training can help you to go faster, further, with less work and with less working out. Our program integrates intensive high-speed and interval training seamlessly with CrossFit WODs, spanning both aerobic and anaerobic ranges. This strategic approach aims to boost athletes' foundational endurance, strength endurance, and optimize oxygen supply to the body.
